CSEC Social Studies Syllabus Overview

Exam Structure

The CSEC Social Studies exam consists of three papers:

  • Paper 1: 60 multiple-choice questions (1 hour 30 mins)
  • Paper 2: 6 essay questions, answer 4 (2 hours 30 mins)
  • SBA: School-Based Assessment (20% of final grade)

Assessment Objectives

Students should be able to:
